Book Posting Application
This is Quality Reading by Hercules. All genres will be considered without bias.
Please read carefully; the review terms have changed. Hercules now offers a Quality Reading service for authors.* Authors may apply for their work to be sold on bzhercules.com! Rather than earning a royalty pittance, authors will keep all of their earnings if accepted. This means all of the effort you put into writing and promoting your e-book will be for your benefit, the author and owner of the written work! There is only a one-time fee of $15.99 for posting your work here. In return, you will receive:
- An actual, genuine review accompanying your posted book (since your book is screened in order to be accepted, this means it is actually read, so we may as well review it with a summary and a critique.* This is one guarantee to the reader that what we sell is a quality product.)
- The review will also be posted on Amazon, Smashwords, etc.
- A blogspot for your product
- A direct link to your product page
- No restrictions on where else you may post
- 40% off on Hercules' editing services (does not apply to first screening--if you are not accepted, your $15.99 is refunded)
- Safe, secure payment through PayPal once per month
- Price autonomy (your price is set as you want it)
- Full amount of your earnings, minus PayPal's fees
- Visibility: your product is not lost in the jungle
- Quality reading products alongside yours
- Free assistance in promoting and advertising on social media and through mass e-mails.
- The ability to promo your book at a discounted rate.
*If we feel your book is not a four or five star, or needs work to get there, we will let you know via e-mail and a full refund of the application/posting fee of $15.99 will be given through PayPal. Reasons will be provided privately. You may use our services to improve if you like (but that is not the goal here; that is a separate and paid for service). However, we will never give an insincere review, nor will we trash you in public. We do want to uphold integrity and standards in writing, but will also not stoop to hurting or discouraging other authors.
If you currently have KDP Select, you must wait until it runs out to join here (make sure you uncheck the automatic enroll box in kindle). Still fill out an application, send your work, and you can sign up when the three months with Select is over. Please allow 3 weeks for preparation of your work.
Once you receive your return e-mail (or, send your manuscript to bzhercules@gmail.com as an attachment) follow these instructions:
Please send your book in a pdf form with the cover embedded on the first page, full size, as well as attached separately as a jpg. The manuscript should be mainly error-free and will be sent back if it is not, along with your payment. Please include the following in your manuscript, following the copyright:
